Annual Report CCWPI 2012-2013

Please be advised of the intention to hold the Central Coast Waterpolo AGM on 2nd May 2013.
The venue, time and final agenda will be sent out as required one week prioir to the meeting.

Agenda items at present are as follows:

Election of new Board Memebers
Confirmation of Minutes of Previous AGM
Receipt of Financial accounts

If you have any additional agenda items then please let me know before 16th April 2013.

Please RSVP your club members attending this meeting, by 16th April 2013. as we need at least six elegible persons to make a quorom.

I have attached board nomination forms, please ensure that each club nominates at least two members for the various positions available prioir to 25th April 2013 by emailing completed details to me.

The Hunter Hurricanes will soon be selecting players for the u/16 National Championships in Melbourne and Hobart.
As the Hurricanes is a regional club players from Central Coast through to Tamworth are eligible to be selected for the representative teams. Could you please forward the attached EOI to all players who would qualify for these trials from your associations. The turn around for this is quite short, I will send it to anyone I find on our data base for this year as well
