The Combined High Schools State Water Polo Championships are being held on the Central Coast next Month from 30/11/09 – 3/12/09 at the Peninsula Leisure Centre Woy Woy.

This year the hosting zone is Sydney Metropolitan North, which includes the Central Coast.

Sharon Kell from Dept Ed. Met North has asked me to seek expressions of interest from local parents who may be kind enough to have one or two billets per household from Sunday night 29/11/09 up to and including Thursday morning 3/12/09. She is looking to house 21 players.

The areas who have asked for billeting options are the Hunter Region and North Coast.

The Sydney Met North team are the defending champs from last year and we have two representatives in Wade Eames and Justin Donohue playing in this year’s competition and the Met North team will be hoping to reach the finals and do their best to secure the Gold once again.

Please pass the above information onto your fellow club members and if possible come along and cheer for the Met North boys and be a part of this year’s State Champs being held in our backyard.
